These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by ABC Massage Alabama LLC (“ABC Massage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or package, or receiving services from ABC Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS Appointments are recommended, although walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist, appointment time, or service. Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session in order to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service price may still apply. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS We understand that plans can change and ask clients to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or limitations on future bookings. PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE SERVICES ABC Massage provides professional massage services for relaxation and wellness purposes only. Sexual, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior toward our massage therapists, employees, or other clients is strictly prohibited. ABC Massage reserves the right to immediately terminate a massage session and refuse future service when a client engages in inappropriate conduct or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment. HEALTH & MEDICAL CONDITIONS Clients are responsible for informing their massage therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries, medications, or other circumstances that may affect their massage. Massage therapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns or whether massage therapy is appropriate for them. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE ABC Massage reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or modify a service when reasonably necessary for the safety or well-being of our clients, massage therapists, or employees. Service may be refused or terminated because of inappropriate behavior, harassment, threats, intoxication, unsafe conduct, health concerns, or violations of our policies. PRICES & PAYMENT Prices are displayed on our website, booking platforms, or at our spa and are subject to change. Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of booking or service. Applicable taxes, fees, or other charges may be added when required. Gratuities are optional and are not included in the service price unless specifically stated. PACKAGES, GIFT CERTIFICATES & PROMOTIONS Massage packages, gift certificates, discounts, coupons, and promotional offers may have additional terms and restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Packages and prepaid services are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable Alabama law. REFUNDS Completed massage services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify management as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to address your concern. Refunds involving unused prepaid services, packages, gift certificates, deposits, or other purchases will be handled according to the terms applicable to the purchase and applicable law. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings while visiting ABC Massage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings. WEBSITE INFORMATION We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on our website. However, services, prices, business hours, promotions, therapist availability, appointment availability, and other information may change without notice. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or completely up to date. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE Our website may only be used for lawful purposes. Users may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to our systems, misuse our booking system, submit fraudulent information, or use our website in a manner that violates applicable law.
